All proceeds from S.C.A.R.E. 5K benefit the Georgia Arrhythmia Foundation’s mission to educate the community on CPR and AED use and increase the number of available AEDs, in an effort to save lives from sudden cardiac arrest.   
In the past year we have taught CPR and AED use to schools, churches, civic groups, teams and even held some pop-up demonstrations.   We are excited to say one group was able to use their new CPR skills to save their friends life!  We are on a mission to train everyone in CPR and AED use.   We also have donated over 60 AEDs and plan to keep distributing AEDs into the underserved areas of the community.
